Set in the quiet countryside just outside Blackpool, welcome to Lyanne Boarding Kennels & Kitty Lane Cattery. We are a small, family-run kennels offering your pet the best possible care. This is our home & we make it your pet’s home for their stay with us.
As we are a small kennel, we can spend time every day to get to know him and to give him the attention he appreciates. We will feed him exactly as he is fed at home; special diets and giving medication are no problem.
The kennels are licensed annually by Blackpool Council and comply fully with their licensing conditions. This includes comprehensive insurance cover.
We aim to cater for your pet as best we can. All dogs are looked after as if our own.

Our kennels have:-
- The kennels have heat lamps on in cold/inclement weather.
- Single, double and family units.
- 2 or more dogs from the same household may share a kennel.
- Fresh water always available.
- Each individual kennel is very large giving your dog a sleeping area with a basket, cosy bedding & an indoor exercise area.
- A bedroom with heat lamp in the winter months.
- There is no extra charge for heating.
- Dogs are not locked in their sleeping area overnight.
- We have several acres of secure grass paddocks.
- Only dogs from the same home are ever exercised together.
We have everything your pet will need. You may, however, bring your own lead, bed, blanket or favourite toys at your own risk. We will endeavour to look after them but cannot be held responsible for their loss or destruction.
Exercise
Some views of our extensive fields & exercise paddocks where each dog has his daily exercise, sniff around & letting off steam.
We believe that exercise & attention plays an important part of your dogs well being.
Dogs are exercised individually, unless they belong to the same family; we don’t want your pet being bullied by another dog.
Diet
We will keep your dog on the same food it receives at home so we have a good range of top quality products available.
If your pet has a special diet, please let us know.
Medical Care
We will gladly continue with nursing care currently prescribed by your Vet.
If we feel that medical attention is necessary, we will call in the Vet. The owner must meet all charges incurred.
We will use your Vet wherever possible although our own is on 24 hour call out.
